Claude connects to the EconomicsAPI MCP server. Copy your key, add EconomicsAPI as a connector in Claude.ai, then ask for the data. It uses the same 34 tools and the same metering as REST.

    Get your API key

    Sign up at the dashboard. The welcome walkthrough shows your key and the connect button. The free account includes 100 free API calls in total.

    Add EconomicsAPI as a connector

    Click Connect Claude. Claude opens its add-connector dialog with the name and MCP server URL already filled in; confirm it.

    Ask a question

    Send one of the examples below. The connector already handles authentication.
